Reduce Five Kg in Five Days

Lose weight quick in five days.

Do not be annoyed by the title of the article and guess that I am here to review or sell any pills or exercise accessories to help you reduce your weight.

It has been a while now that I have been testing myself with different exercise and diets free of any artificial ingredients.

Before I go through a diet that often helps me reduce weight within few days, I will like to prove here my worth by showing you my transformation:

Now, I had gone through General Motors diet on Internet and after incorporating that diet in my experiment I came up with this diet of 5 days.

1. On this day only fruits, but banana excluded. Eat as much as you can and stuff yourself and avoid staying hungry.

2. On this day eat only vegetables either boiled or raw but do not add oil or butter to it. You are allowed to eat the quantity that will not make you feel hungry or starved.

3. Combination of day first and day three. Eat vegetable and fruits but not bananas yet.

4. On this day prepare yourself for the feast by eating 8 bananas spread across whole day and two glass of milk.

5. This is the last day where you will look forward to further purify your digestive system. Start your day with a cup of boiled white rice without oil or butter and eat tomatoes whole day raw or boiled. Drink lots of water today and avoid dehydration.

You will need to follow the above diet structure strictly and drink lots of water everyday.

Note that the above diet is a weight loss and not fat loss, but it is enough to cleanse your body and get weight loss fast without any side effects.

The amount of weight reduced will vary from person to person but it is expected that you will lose around 5 kg in these 5 days.
