Get that slim beach body quick with four easy steps!
- Pamper yourself instead for your muffin top! Ditch the white mochas and substitute veggies for your high calorie indulgences. Then promise yourself a massage, pedicure or night to yourself as a reward for good behavior. Your tummy will thank you!
- Add more steps to your day! The more you move the more calories you melt away. Park farther from work and the mall. Set yourself an appointment with the gym 3 days a week, walk fluffy every morning or take up a new sport with a friend. The most important thing is to get into the habit of moving more and find activities you enjoy doing that burn off some of those excess pounds.
- Make friends with fruits and veggies. Both are very rich nutritionally and tend to be light on calories. Adding more green and orange vegetables will help lessen your appetite, regulate your digestive system and can even help clear up your skin and add shine to your hair. The extra fiber can also help you by actually trapping some of the fat in your food from being absorbed by your intestines! How’s that for a super food!
- Slow down your intake of juice and cola. Trading one high calorie cola or juice drink a day for a tall glass of water can save you over 12 pounds of fat a year!
