Simple Ways to Lose The Weight

Millions of people struggle with weight issues. I am one of them. But I have learned some things in the whole process of trying to lose weight. I have found what works and what does not and I just do what works everyday. These tips are so simple that I do not even think and worry about the whole weight loss thing, But I see the changes in my body by making the simple changes in my daily life. Lets start of with the first body changing tip.
1. Get up and Move! Movement is the best way to burn calories. Some of us have very busy lifes and may not have the time to exercise, and therefore use that as an excuse. Well, I have a very busy life as well and I still make the time to get up and do some kind of exercise. Do not think of exercise as sweating in the gym. Exercie can be any kind of movement done for a period of time. I dance with my two year old daughter around the house and let me tell you, this is not only fun but I have had a great workout and spent time with my child. Did you know doing chores around your house or taking the stairs at work is a way to burn calories. Simple changes made in your life can make big changes on your body. Use your imagination. Remember, any kind of movement is better than none at all.
2. I hate to count calories and I do not want to be one of those people that are consumed by counting them either. But calorie intake can make a big difference in your body. It is simple. Let us say that you burn in an average day 1200 calories, but you have consumed 1400 calories. You have not done any exercise to burn off the extra 200 calories. You get the idea. But on the other hand if you consumed 1000 calories and burned 200 calories, you will see weight loss. So since I do not want to count calories, I watch what I buy at the store. I buy fresh produce, meals that are premade and show the calories on the front like weight watcher, lean cusine, ect. I also buy 100 calorie snacks. By eating this way I can still eat the food that I love and not feel bad about it. I am also able to see weight loss, which is the goal.
3. One thing that I do every morning is take a weight management mutli vitamin. It is important to take a multi vitamin everyday, but the weight management vitamin has energy boosters and green tea which keeps you going without bad side effects. Also by taking a vitamin everyday I am doing something good for my body and keeping my body well.
4. Green Tea. Well, I do not go a day without at least two glasses. There are so many good antioxidents in green tea that is so good for your body and overall health. Not only that but it helps in weight loss as well. Green tea speeds up your metabolism and gives you a good overall feeling. I started drinking green tea last winter and have never looked back. I have been drinking it ever since. You can buy it already made or in tea bags, either way you will get the same effects and benefit from it.
5. Fiber. Not only does fiber keep you regular, but it is good in keeping your stomach flat. I suffer from IBS and I take fiber supplements everyday. You can get fiber in many different forms now days from mixes you can drink to chewables, which is what I use.
Listed above are the main top tools that I use everyday to manage my weight. They are simple and easy yo bring into your life. Finding what works and interests you is also a must. Everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another. But the above is basic and simple, and I can say that ever since making these simple change in my life I have lost 50lbs.
