Did you know that doing some simple things you can exercise everyday easily?
It is generally acceptable that the modern way of life does not leave time for exercise. Simple daily movements however – such as household job, shopping, parking and the stairs of the underground – can train the body and burn the unnecessary calories. The rejection of using automated stairs in the Underground and even shopping in super market constitute simple courses of exercise. Did you know that with 15 minutes of walking you can burn 80-100 calories.
Underground
The Underground is still a good example to make somebody exercise, if only he takes the decision to abandon the automated stairs. When using the stairs, bones and mucsles are strengthened and thus osteoporosis is fought. It’s important to avoid discussion when using stairs in order not to get exchasuted! So how many calories do we burn in the underground?
Ascending stairs : 150-170 calories per 15 minutesDescending stairs : 100-110 calories per 15 minutes
Supermarket
Go shopping is one of the best ways to burn calories. You walk a lot and you carry things so you exercise a lot.So here is what we burn in Supermarket:
Carrying shoppings : 60-120 calories per 15-30 minutes
Walking 15 minutes : 80-100 calories
Household
When doing household – apart from get bored – is proved also to be useful! Cleaning our apartment, can help us burn calories. So start cleaning your house and get fit
Mopping : 110-120 calories per 30 minutesCleaning the windows : 45 calories per 15 minutes (For better results circular movement is proposed)Washing the dishes : 150 calories per 30 minutes
