The Easiest Way To Lose Weight

Want to lose weight? Try this. It’s as easy as ABC. Not exercise involved!

This is my personal losing weight regimen. It’s been tested by myself and proved to work! I used to have a bouncy tummy…like a balloon (tsk tsk if you know what I mean) and I weighted around 55kg. Now? My tummy is smaller, my tight fitting clothes look nicer now and I weight at 50kg. I achieved all these without involving any exercise.

I started NOT TO SKIP breakfast for breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat as much as you like.

I eat a little during lunch.

And during dinner time, I started off by eating only ½ portion of what I used to eat. Then I narrow it down to 1/4 portion and stay on it until today.

I keep this regimen only during the weekdays. For weekend I choose to eat whatever I like. Ohh btw I still eat chocolate whenever I want.

I have another secret to minimize your tummy waistline but that’s another story for another day. Right now try to keep this regimen and tell me if it works for you!

  1. Simple and easy. Takes the stress out and the recriminations and all those ‘you shoulds’. The problem is, most people are so out of touch wwith themselves, they don’t understand the signals their body gives them. Eat when you’re hungry, not when you’re depressed, bored, etc.

  3. i actually tried this before and it does work but when you eat them good foods on the weekends it just makes you wanna re eat them on the weekdays as well , but ill retry it again ya never know ! oh yeah if u drink diet drinks u can lose weight much faster cause there 0 calories

  4. actually diet drinks are really bad – they have aspartame/splenda etc, and can cause cancer and mood swings, depression, etc etc. Drink WATER it your body is mostly water, and its natural….and cheap – buy a brita water pitcher. Trust me, soda is not the way to go sweetie

  5. I will try this, I am trying not to drink any drinks other than water. I feel better, cleaner. However, I am still having trouble losing the tummy, I try to walk/run 3 miles a day…I will always eat breakfast, but for some reason even after I eat other meals, I feel maybe mentally I am never full…even though I physically can’t eat anymore, and I try not to allow myself to eat more just b/c I feel this way. I also cut out all snacks throughout the day…any other suggestions?

  6. i dont know if this will work… im only 13 yrs. old and my weight is 59! but some told me that i dont look fat because im tall naman!!! but my siblings and our other relatives keep on calling me baboy,tabachoy,tabachingching… i will going to do this so my crush is going to be my friend!

  7. Ashley, sometimes our mind are just craving for food even after eating. Try to walk around after eating. Don\’t sit and watch tv. Hehe

    Gabriela, you\’re only 13. You shouldn\’t worry about gaining weight. This is the time for growing! You should check your bmi. Since you\’\'re tall, you should have more body weight.
