The Food and Physical Training to Good Health

How we can have good health with aliments ans physical training.

Who among us does not dream of having a good health? Before a dream are a wish and its good habits and a balanced diet that we can have a very good shape. 
In this article I give you the background of my work, what I really could not make contact with anyone, but for people who want to follow this advice should not have special diseases such as diabetes and heart disease, I will not in any way responsible for their behavior. 
As I mentioned, I’ll speak about my own experience, you will have already as a base to achieve your perfect health. 
When I was in college I had a normal weight, I walk at least an hour a day, after I started my first job, I stopped to walk and I take transportation to work, I stay in the office, I stopped to practice Sport and the worst is that I eat whatever I want and how much I want, the result after  5 years was disastrous, a weight of 95 kg for a height of 172 cm. 
Being aware of the seriousness of the situation, I visited some websites I’ve realized I’ve become more vulnerable to diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and that my life is in danger more than ever, while these reasons were a motivation for change, then I started to register a club, I will then alter, the most intense movements for the abdomens, and the race after two months, I had muscles reinforcing but I always keep the same weight and still have the womb as a large balloon properly inflated 
So I realized I’m not getting on well, that the departure is necessary and therefore I have again a diagnosis, to review my strategy and put a new schedule 
As I was born in the generation of Googly, so I had every chance to succeed, I started to make a proper diagnosis and to analyze the details of things, I found the first website that my knowledge has helped my body mass index 
For those unfamiliar with the body mass index here is what we must remember 
  BODY MASS INDEX 
<18.5 Malnutrition 
18.5 to 24.9 Ideal Weight 
25 to 29.9 Overweight 
≥ 30 Obese 
To tell you the truth I had a body mass index  that is 30 so I was at the beginning of the most critical phase, and therefore I must follow a diet or make strenuous exercised? After using Mr. Googly I found that 90% can lose weight by diet and just up to 10% with the sport, although the vision is now becoming clearer, before starting any diet it must clearly define the objectives, we must know the components of food 

We simply can converse food value in three categories and that is what we have learned since the primary.
The vitamins that are found in large quantities primarily in fruits and vegetables, proteins that are found mainly in meat and the latter category and those accused of obesity and gives the calories (the equivalent of gasoline vehicles) in the case of non-use changes and fat deposits that accumulate and pose a potential hazard to health .
These studies have sought food tables that define the percentages of these three categories, and then I decided not to eat foods containing a high percentage of calories such as bread, butter, oils …. that I’ve replaced by small reasonable quantities of fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, calculating the calories of course, I do not exceed 300 calories per day, and I alternated in the scheme of physical exercises especially cycling, mounted the stairs that will lose more energy compared to other trainings
After two weeks I found that I’m on the right way, after I dieted Lemon, for those who do not know, take your keyboard and do not hesitate to seek help from Mr Googly.
Now I have 78 kg and I keep the same way, no money or anything else can replace health, and finally we must know that health is a gem, its value is perceived by patients
