Three easy steps to losing weight.

Hello, here are the three steps to losing weight. The first is one is to eat healthy, the second is to excersise daily and the third and most important step is to believe in yourself.

Eat Healthy

Eat nutritious foods, follow the food pyramid and never eat just to eat. Have three main meals and snacks in between so that your digestive system can rest. Also never eat before 10 Am or after 10 Pm.

 

 Exercise

Buy a pass to a gym and keep going there 1 hour after a meal. Never give up if you are not losing wait because this might mean that you are transforming your weight into muscles. Also take regular walks and jogs.

Finally the most important step is to believe in yourself. Keep repeating that you will suceed and imagine your body the way you want it. If you do not give up on your goal you should become fit within a year or so.
