Three Easy Ways to Lose a Few Extra Pounds
A few easy tips you can use that will help you lose weight with little effort.
Stop Drinking Soda!
Most Sodas are loaded with nasty chemicals, and tons of calories. The first step to becoming healthier is trading that in for water instead. Not only is it better for you than soda, but when you go out to eat water is free. So calculate how many times you go out a year and multiply that by about 2 bucks and thats how much money you will save by trying to be healthier and lose a few extra pounds.
Ex: eat 3 times every week, so 52 weeks x 3 x 3 = $$ 468 $$, not to mention the money you will save by buying it and keeping it in your fridge.
Eating Earlier Instead of Later
It is a commonly known fact that the eating late is bad and midnight snacks are the worst. A lot of people end of eating dinner at 9 or 10 at night, which is not good at all. It is best to eat dinner by 6pm, I’d still say that eating before 7pm is alright if you are one of the 9 or 10 people now. You need to give your body more time to digest before you shut down for the night, so eariler before night, is not alright.
Don’t Stuff Yourself
It never a good idea to eat until you are full and then eat more. Also eating out of boredom is the worst. This needs to stop. What I simple ask is that you eat until you are content. Do not eat until you feel really heavy. The stuffed feeling you get after eating too much should be warning enough to tell you your body doesn’t like the overload.
These are just a few things you can start doing now and sticking to drop a few of those pounds. For all of you that don’t want to stick to the lazy tricks, exercising is a great way to be healthy and feel good.

Not sure about diet soda, I think I will look into it more closely and write an article about it, but my opinions on diet soda are that the chemicals like aspartame and such in them arent good for your health in the first place. But good question, I will investigate that further.

Good tips, I found sparkling water is a good substitute for soda, it tastes good, and has no sugar or caffiene!!!
