Great way one:

Think positive and take firm decisions. This seems to be a silly weight lose tip but it is a fact; positive thoughts and positive attitudes can help in weight lose. Once you have taken a decision to go slow on your eating habits, you have to be firm in your decisions and never be tempted by anything.

 

Great way two:

Develop a healthy eating habit. People are seen to starve and also miss their breakfast for keeping slim and sexy. Well, these are not healthy practises as starving and missing breakfasts only add to the calories in the body. Starving only adds to your urge for eating more when you take food. One should never miss breakfast. Avoid fries, fast foods and foods rich in fat and calories. Let your diet contain more fibres, vegetables and fruits.

 

Great way three:

Healthy eating is just not enough for maintaining a slim and sexy body. One should also make exercise a regular habit if one wants to burn the extra calories that get accumulated in the body. Walking is one of the best exercises for burning the extra fat from the body. Make walking a habit and lose weight.

I work in a 118,000 square foot fitness center and get plenty of exercise.Plus walk a great deal on top of that as well..but i disagree on your one sentence.I was not meant to be slim but am a very pretty lady for my age.Not everyone wants to be slim,sexy is another issue.While I am not obese by a long shot,I have a bit more stockier frame and will never be slim even if I exercised 24/7.And I’m cool with it because not all men want a slim woman,a one size woman fits all woman doesn’t cut it.You cant feed a dog with a bone alone,you have to give him some meat to.Nothing wrong with what you said,but look outside ofthe box and realize that not all women were meant to look like the famous star Twiggy.

  2. Nice response Payge, not every woman can be perfect. Who cares how big her body is. You could have a hot skinny woman who has a bad attitude and rude (I’m keeping this PG for the website). Or you could have a fuller figured woman who you would love to take home to mom. There are more important things than how a womans body looks. You can have physical attraction without looking like a Paris Hilton. This is way off the subject of the article, but yes, to lose weight diet and exercise work.

  3. I agree to both of u. It is just not that a slim body that is attarctive. But still people dont like to look bulky. they atleast want to cut down their body weight.
