Three Steps to Weight Loss
A simple, yet efficient way to lose that extra weight in just three steps.
I am not going to waste your or my time by telling how/why everybody wants to lose weight but just lose hope.. etc.. etc..
Here are three straightforward simple steps which will help you to lose weight.
1. Burn Calories
20 minutes of any aerobics if said to be very effective in burning calories.
You have the choice of Walking, Running, Jogging, Cycling, Swimming, or inch stepping. All of these are aerobics and help in increasing your heart rate. Don’t strain and do these exercises that will not be helpful. You just have to increase the rate of your heartbeat. It also dosen’t mean that you must workout till you sweat. Just workout for 20 minutes. Maybe early in the morning will be a good time, or in the evening. I all cases just 20 minutes of aerobics for 5 days a week is necessary to burn calories
2. Count Calories
Look up various calorie calculators and eat within your calorie limit.
When I say within your calorie limit don’t go think that you have to starve yourself. You can munch a whole lot on fruits and veggies till you are full. But just avoid that extra cheese, or crispy foods. It is not starving if you just cut down on the oil and cheese you are using. Also, don’t make any silly excuse. Just stop buying the butter and cheese and see what difference it makes.
3. Avoiding Relapse
Every Morning when you wake up say these words out loud
“Just for today I will exercise for 20 minutes.”
“Just for today I will stay within my calorie limit.”
Saying these out loud will energize you and keep you focused on your goal. (It works for me!).
Of course you may say the excuse that you forgot to say these things early in the morning, since you had meeting or were just busy. The most important thing here is that you may miss these two steps for a day or two, but that’s fine it dosen’t mean you can’t lose weight. Just continue saying these out loud and continue to follow it.
