Tips to Lose Extra Pounds

Everybody loves to lose weight to look slim and smart.

These days the fast food chains and companies have added much to the weight of our bodies and nobody wants to skip the fast food at all cost. The more we eat burgers, pizzas and junk food the more we are adding calories and gaining weight. It is important to note what kind of diet and what amount of food is suitable for us. A few tips if observed with great care can help anybody to lose pounds in weeks for sure. Some of the golden tips are

  1. Drink 8 glasses of water everyday. Water helps to take the extra fat out from the body.
  2. Keep a record of 1200 calorie per day not to exceed more than that.
  3. Eat as much fruits and vegetables to avoid constipation as fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber.
  4. Do a 20 minute work out daily. The work out can be simple jogging on a treadmill machine, a simple 20 minute walk, riding a bicycle, taking your dog out etc.
  5. It is very important keep the calorie check in a diary and maintain a record of the total calorie intake. Whatever one eats, it is important to see the back side of the packet to see how much calories the thing contains in the given amount of grams. There are several calorie counter sites and charts available that can help to maintain the calories input.
