Proteins are great for building muscles, and stays longer in your stomach to help you feel full, but keep meat and egg proteins to a limit. Tofu, is a great source of protein. Fruits and vegetable are great sources of fiber, which help make the stomach feel full, and keeps the digestive system in good working order.

Most important, drinking plenty of water about sixty-four ounces a daily, which include herbal teas, and flavored water is very healthy for the entire body. Water flushes the body of toxins, and waste, along with clearing the liver, kidneys and bladder. Coffee, tea and colas are loaded with caffeine, which dehydrates the body, thus the toxins and fats that pollute our system stays in our bodies.

Never try to lose weight rapidly, try to lose weight slowly, by eating right and exercising. Walking is something we do everyday, try to quicken the strides, and go a little further.
