Eating darker fleshed fish like salmon can give you omega-3 fatty acids. Aside from giving the right protein, this is good for the heart, as well. Moreover, keep yourselves hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Some are committing the biggest mistake by not having enough water intakes in a day. Water is like fuel for our bodies to function well. Not having enough water will surely spell disaster to your health.
