  3. When we feel to eat more doesn’t mean our bodies need more calories. So take tasty foods which include vitamins n minerals like soups, curried vegetables, fruit crumbles with yogurt.
  4. Planning to have dinner at a restaurant? Order soup first, this will slow down your craving to have fatty foods as it is very filling
  5. Sign up for an exercise class to have that feel good thing help u tone up in better way
  6. Eat small regular meals say five times a day rather than 3 times a day as it will help to reduce hunger by regulating the sugar levels
  7. Take protein diets as it tricks the body by making it feel fuller for longer period and so it’s better for appetite control
