Water AND Diet Slimming: Myths AND Realities

If the water does not lose weight, it represents a "slimming aid" significant when one wishes to maintain her figure, let alone lose weight. That is why, in this context, it is desirable to increase its water consumption.

Drink water to lose weight is it?

Drink plenty of water does not grow, contrary to popular belief still firmly rooted in the minds of many women! So why do we recommend routinely drink more water when you want to lose weight?

It’s hard for you? Follow these tips to reach your goal more easily:

If you have trouble drinking pure water, think water drinks: flavored with citrus, almost no calories, they are a pleasant way to drink water.
Drink one to two additional glasses of water before or with meals to reduce hunger and increase satiety.
Create the desire to drink in the habit of placing a permanent water bottle wherever you spend the most time. So drink will become an act of routine, an automatic that you will do naturally without thinking about it.
If you tend to drink too little, learn to drink without thirst because thirst is a deceptive phenomenon whose appearance is often tardive.Un good indicator as to whether you are properly hydrated your urine should be clear and abundant. If they are dark (apart from taking certain medications), you should drink more.
What water?

A trace mineral water (less than 500 mg per liter of minerals, as Chaudfontaine, Volvic, Evian, Bru, Pierval?) Whose pleasant taste you will more readily absorb the amount of water needed. Its mineral content is also suitable for all.
If your plan is severe and you risk deficiencies, opt for a more mineralized water (Vittel, St Amand, Contrex?).
Cool or at room temperature, it is still a matter of taste! Avoid well water that is too cold can cause heaviness of stomach and intestinal disorders.
