Ways to Fight Obesity

When you love food too much and..

When you realize you have gained a great deal more than you care to admit.  Roles starts forming.  Lets face it.  Depending on your height.  And, when you start to shrink a little.  I firmly believe it that. Unfortunately, when you have to buy really large clothes.  Its probably time to go the other direction.. 



Talk to your family about your concern.  Its a good idea to make lots of meal plan.   Also snaking a great deal of the time can help. However, fat free, low calorie snacks.   Drink a great deal of water.  Walk a lot.  If you like dancing, walking, etc.  The longer you walk and dance the more you will burn.  If you weight lift then expect muscles to form.  That also has weight in it as well.  So if you want to lose weight don’t weight lift, yet.  Just burn off.  Walk a lot.  If your cravings are too strong.  Find car-bio foods that can help you with that.  Possibly find over the counter remedies for that.  And discuss what your findings are.  So they can help you with it.   They can also help with your weight loss.  Motivate you.   Try to shop for clothes that will help you look great.  You do have a figure it just needs a figured outfit to show it.  A full sized blouse with a slight curve to it.  Its also a good idea to never wear elastic.  That may not look good on you.  It would be recommended to wear pants that buttons up, straight legged, and the blouse slow a little figure to you.  Also, try avoiding a belt.  

Also, walk a lot.  Avoid meals or eating anything before bed.  That’s where the most calories may come from. Your best bet is to eat lots of salads, and other high fiber foods.  Drink lots of water.  Also, I recommend eating lots of lean turkey, seafood’s. Avoid also deep frying foods. The oils have lots of calories in them per cup.  Possibly thousands depending on how much you add.  If you like v-8 juices, prune juices, etc. Drink lots of them. That also can fill you up. It would be a good idea to drink v-8, prune juice and a glass of water before you do your walking, or dancing,. That can boost your metabolism in a huge way.  However, by eating smaller portions of meals that also can help with weight loss as well.  Possibly divide your meals.. have your main portion between 2 and 3:30p  your side order: oven baked fries, etc around 4p and your salad and dessert around 5-6p always walking each meal off.   If you like chocolate candy bars consider sugar free chocolate candy bars.. I recommend eating them between 11-a and 3p when you can burn that off during the hottest part of the day.  Also, consider wearing a cap or bring an umbrella so you don’t get age-spots/cancer.  Sun can damage your complexion.   Wrinkling your face.  Also, can give you white spots on you skin.  Never good.  

If you consider surgery.  Please be careful of that.  Keep in mind you may still have your cravings.  You will have a long bumpy road ahead.  The bigger you get the more challenged it maybe.  Have a support team/family, friends,.  Around you.  For those down days.

  1. Some good suggestions here, but I’m going to be blunt and say that in my opinion the piece is let down by pour punctuation use and pour grammar and spelling. Lots of periods (or full stops) here when there should be commas or perhaps even nothing at all. If you’re able, always run your work through a spell/grammar checker before posting.
