How to lose weight without having to work out!!

Like millions of other people this year, I have made a resolution to lose weight. Also like those million people, I do not like to work out in the slightest! To my surprise I have found a diet that works great and doesn’t involve starving yourself. Basically what you got to do is eat nothing but egg whites, chicken, oatmeal (no flavoring), protein powder and lots and lots of water! Also there must be no salt! The cool thing about all this is that you don’t even have to work out for the pounds to just fall off! While this may be a hard diet to stick too it is super effective and you will be slimmed down in no time. You could also work out to speed up the process!
