Honey and Cinnamon 

Mixed together one cup of water, one teaspoon of honey and half teaspoon of cinnamon then bring to a boil. After boiling, pour it the a container using a strainer to remove the cinnamon excess. Drink half of the cup 30 minutes before breakfast and think the other half 30 minutes before going to sleep. You will lose about three to five pounds if you follow it religiously

Calamansi Juice 

Their other names are limonsitos and calamondin. Drink 1 teaspoon of the pure squeezed calamansi Juice 30 minutes before breakfast. You may also drink it hot water but do not add any sugar.

Green Tea

Has caffeine that increases your metabolism. If you drink of about 3-5 cups of green tea everyday, about 35 percent of fat that you can burn.

Apple Cider Vinegar 

Take 2 teaspoon with water 30 minutes before meals. Apple cider vinegar has an antiseptic properties that burn fat deposits.

Water

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. The more water in take the more weight you will loss. Water can aid in flushing toxins in your body.
