Lose weight without losing your health. A weight loss program that you can stick to.
Consuming fewer calories cannot result in a weight loss. It’s a wrong assumption
Instead it would slow down your body metabolism.
This would slow down your body’s capacity of utilizing the stored fat & actually slow down the amount of weight loss.
Consuming excessive foods or fewer foods can have calamitous effects on your body.
A low calorie dieting plan can never lead you to achieve a healthy weight loss.
In fact, consuming fewer calories is the worst thing that you can do to your body. It will only slow down your fat burning mechanism & will make you lose all your chances of losing weight.
A program which makes you loses weight without losing your health is a healthy weight loss program.
Low calorie diet may show results at the starting stages but later on the weight reduction may eventually stop this is called dieting plateau. You can’t get slim by not eating.
Starvation is not a way to lose weight
Most of the weight loss programs don’t work because most people will fail to stick to the rules of the program after some time
Criteria of a good weight loss program must have following:
1) The program should not recommend any diet pills or supplements.
There are some cases where FDA has approved a certain type of a drug but later on after some research it is declared as unsafe for the public in the long run.
2) Every one should be able to afford a weight loss program and no monthly fees needs to be payable for using it.
In case of diet pills, they are needed to be bought on a regular basis & when you stop consuming them the amount of weight loss will reverse back
3) Weight loss program must show its effectiveness in both long term as well as short term, without enduring starvation or any athletic workout (However light exercise in a few days is highly recommended.)
None of the weight loss programs that I have been trying since 2005 proved to be effective until when I met the following weight loss program. It worked out well for me and I’m sure it will work for you too.

Diet plans
When you select the diet plan make sure that you are consuming a balanced & complete diet.
Your assignment should be setting up realistic goals, goals that are achievable. You can start by following these simple rules listed below.
Nutritional and diet plans guidelines
1) Dedicate yourself to consuming 4-6 small meals and snacks everyday.
2) To achieve a healthy weight loss you have to plan in advance by packing your food the night before. Thus, you always have fresh & low fat food around
3) Keep the diet simplified. Don’t get yourself too hugged up on the specifications of the food.
4) Eat slowly
5) Choose healthier foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, nonfat dairy products,
6) High calorie food should be avoided.
7) Foods with high sugars should also be avoided such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.
Include variety foods like sprouted pulses and green vegetables in your diet. You can start by having 5 vegetables and fruits servings every day
