Low carbs with juice and other stuff like it in reduced bouts for real flavor are of worth. I tried other diets to no worth, but I know this one is of worth because I lost 15 pounds without even knowing I was on a diet, with no exercise. (Now that I have more time ago I’m so thin not lo fat I certainly will do weight lifts and aerobics more often, this is necessary when you diet so you don’t lose muscle, and protein and even fat are necessary. The brain is 2/3 fat, If my name is 25 and ½, they decided my name in a hat when I was with mom when I was 9 months past she did all the heavy lifting! “Good” fat is of use here also, it makes you thin they say. With exercise I’ll lose another a half a pound a week and stay svelt.)
Lowering protein also helps because research shows good news is a calorie is not a calorie, you lose weight for the same amount of calories of protein, if you have just enough to not be hungry (starvation diets are not recommended, they’re virtually worthless for weight loss.)
It’s well known if you reduce fat below 50 grams a day you lose weight, but using sugar in real small bits (or a sweeteneer like stevia) makes it so you can cut carbs, salt and fat, because it essentially makes more healthy food available by improving the flavor.
It’s well known about fat that if you reduce it in moderation you won’t be hungry when you lose weight. Cholesteral is like this and so it’s not suprising that sugar and carbs in general are like this too.
