When the Thin Wants to be Fatter

It’s not strange that fat women are hard to get the ideal weight. In fact, thin ones must have their own tricks to get fatter bodies.

There are people who eat much but they still thin. You probably experience it. For those who are fat, the benefit of thin people makes them jealous. But   thin ones happy with their body-shapes? Some of them are actually jealous to people with sexy bodies, moreover, their body-shapes look less healthy. The problem is like an effort to make thin bodies. Making a little fatter is not an easy thing to do. It’s sometimes a stress for those who don’t get fatter body-shapes.

Do Any Exercises Make You Thin?

For many years, some people may think that doing any exercise is for reducing or maintaining their weights. Actually, exercises play an essential role in increasing weight, except the right diet of course. Exercises are required by anyone, even for those who want to increase their weights. Exercises may increase your appetites, because they generally make you hungry. They may avoid illness, increase hormone level, reduce and avoid stress.

In doing any exercises, frequency, intensity, type, and time of exercises must be adjusted with individual abilities. For beginners, they should do it 3 times a week in only 20 minutes. Don’t forget to take a brake for about 2 days in a week to cure injured muscles.

Besides cardio exercise such as aerobics, weight training is also required, because muscles will be improved by giving resistance. Women don’t have muscles as strong as men due to their testosteron hormones are lower. Even though, women also need weight training. When the muscles are not trained well, they will be weak. Strong muscles are needed to do many activities and maintain body stability.

As such cardio exercises, weight training also needs to do step-by-step, even if you’re thin. Besides your muscles are small ones, you’re accustomed to hard exercises. You can begin with easy weight or no weight at all. The simple principle is “listen to your body.” Weight training will make your bones stronger and more compact, and far from osteoporosis sympthom. But don’t forget to do warming-up and stretching before starting the exercise and cooling-off after it.

Beware to Diseases

It can’t be denied that when we are talking about weight, it will depend on input and output. It should be considered that output and input measuring is not that easy. Normally, we reduce calorie and energy by doing physical activities. It should be remembered that many diseases cause increasing output.

One of the example is hyperthyroid victims. They often experience increasing metabolism and using energy by physical cells. Thus, although you eat much, your body is still thin. But it certainly depends on whether hard or not the disease is. There are classical sympthoms on hyperthyroid victims, although not all of them appear. Those sympthoms are cold sweat, heart beat, pulse beat increased, and defecate repeatedly, and also sensitive like mad or fed up.

Digestion problem, such as chronic diarrhea, is able to increase the output. It normally takes time 30-60 for digesting food. When diarrhea happen, the undigested food will be throw out again.

Likewise diarrhea, the other problem frequently occurred is anorexia where a person takes no notice of eating. This kind of illness is very complex, as well caused by emotional condition, for example depression or uncommon anxiety, anorexia is also caused by upper digestion problem. Some of its moan are less appetite, full sense, queasy, even throw up. Further, some chronic illness problems also produce anorexia, such as chronic kidneys, diabetes, chronic hepatitis.

There are other diseases that cause the body difficult in digesting food well. These diseases are occurred because of hunger for months and cause the change in digesting path mukosa, especially small intestines to absorb food intake. Nevertheless, the complexity to absorb certain nutritions can be affected by genetic factors.

Why are there people who are easy to be fatter, and those who are thin? Basically, some people tend to be thin and the others tend to be fat. People with thin bodies tend to have faster metabolism, they can absorb food faster. Slowly or fast, the metabolism is complicated to measure because of the complex process. But it doesn’t mean that we accept the destiny just like that, besides the tendency factor the metabolism can be fixed by doing proper diets and exercises.

Although the tendency factor plays an essential role, it can’t be said that people have thin body because of genetic factor. It’ just because of life style. For instance, if there are people who like sweet snacks since they were young, it doesn’t mean that they genetically like sweet. Of there are people who eat in small portions, but they unrealizable eat snacks, candies, or the other food with higher calories so often. Unsurprisingly, they become fatter. In the contrary, there some people who eat much by choosing their meals which are high fiber and avoiding snacks. They, absolutely, have ideal body-shapes.

The other factor is not knowing nutritious food value. In effect, many people don’t know how much the calorie they eat. For example, someone with 50 kg weight, in one day he needs 2000 calorie. How much is the 2000 calorie? He doesn’t know it, so he also doesn’t know the nutritious input.

Some people eat when they are in their moods. If they like certain food/meals, they will eat them, but they are lazy to eat food/meals they dislike. That way makes them unknowing the input and not able to control them. Compared with the output, the input is harder to control because anyone has their regular activities.

Requires Time and Process

As most women who desire to have slim bodies, women who are “lucky” for not hard to be slim, in fact, need an extra attempt to get the ideal bodies. Unfortunately, not few women do wrong diet or choose an instant one. If we want to increase our weights, it’s unnecessary to add fat consumption. It’s a big mistake!

Primarily, to keep your weight you need a balancing output and input. But how the way to make your body fatter? You need to increase your input, for example, if you usually eat 8 spoons, you may add to 10-12 spoons. The important thing is not to consume fat excessively.

Better if you eat more nutritious food. For instance, white rice replacing with rice red, white bread replacing with whole wheat bread, and consume protein, such as milk, egg, or fish, and better if you consume skim milk.

It needs to change portion gradually, because our bodies as such a factory which has certain system. We need time and process to make a change, not drastically! Although there are women who are successful to reduce your weight 5 kilograms in a week, it should be for not long-time. But do you know that our bodies will be angry? It’s like a car that must be repaired.

Any changes must be watched because they will influence our bodies’ hormones. Fast changes will make any trouble our bodies’ hormones. For the result, our physical substance will be weak or ill. Many people want to get quick result, but it doesn’t have good effect to our bodies. It’s required to have a motivation to have healthy body. Body Clock

You probably succeeded in increasing your weigh up to ideal level, but it took for a short-term. Then your weight returned to your first weight. Why is it happened? Actually, every one has body clock, where our bodies are comfortable with their conditions. So, even though we tried to increase or reduce our weights, the bodies will return to the previous state. Body clock is the ideal weight. The definition of ideal can be different for individual, where she is confident with her body. Although others said that someone is too thin, her body is actually in the healthy range and as long as she’s confident with her condition, it’s not a big problem.
