When to Cheat on Your Diet!

When to Cheat on Your Diet!

A factor of regimes that many people do not seem to realize the true nature of a diet – people have come to accept the fact that a diet is a temporary thing – and, as you lose weight You can return to eating sugar, cakes, donuts, breads, and so on. (I am firmly convinced that a diet low in carbohydrates is the nature of humanity)

But if you want to lose weight – you have to change the habits of a life that gives more weight – and then you stick to your new habits for the rest of his life. So forget the idea that you can just go on a diet of a few weeks or a month or two and then return to their former way of eating (and exercise!) Habits. Everything that can happen is to get his weight back.

So what makes someone stay on a diet for the rest of your life? One trick is to be fooled from time to time. I eat low carb – but this does not mean I do not eat bread, for example. I only restricts the slices of toast for breakfast on Saturday. I made a rule for myself that at the annual meeting of the family, I eat what I want. Then when I go home, it’s back to my normal (low carbohydrate), dietary habits.

By allowing even cheat in this way – to avoid the temptation to return to their old eating habits, because you know that whenever you do, you do not eat healthy, but leaves a little fun. I’ve heard too many stories of people who believe they have already “fallen of the wagon” so to speak, which may well remain just out, and return to their old eating habits. But it will not be reflected in the loss of weight will not improve your health, and should be ready to accept his new lifestyle of healthy eating (your “Plan”) and the exercise will last the rest of his life.

This explains why fad diets (cabbage soup diet comes to mind!) In fact, never work – you can temporarily lose weight – but is it what you want? Learning to cheat, learn to recognize when you’re cheating, and give permission to do so – to achieve what is not healthy, and learn to live with his diet for the rest of his life.
