Women’s Unbalanced Health and What Makes You Fat

Most women diet but most women don’t stay balanced.

Women face an up hill battle when it comes to weight. Finding out why we gain weight will help us lose the weight. And being balanced in our life also will help us lose the weight. I hope to highlight a few things that will help you. Also staying balanced in not just about eating. So I’ll start with a few reasons why we gain weight.

Second Hand Smoke

Did you know that living with someone that smokes can make you fat? Researchers say secondhand smoke can cloud your diet sense. Women who are around secondhand smoke eat more fat and consume less fiber, vitamin A, and folate than women who aren’t around secondhand smoke.

Women vs. Men

Women contain less water than men, so its important that women get eight glasses of water day to avoid dehydration. Women between the ages of 30 and 50 lose 5 to 10 pounds of muscle because of disuse. Women can double their body-fat after 30.

Balancing Act

Women do to much. And we just can’t seem to say no, taking on even more. Stressing our life and our bodies. Not eating the right things, getting caught up in the TV ads for diet foods thinking its will be the magic trick to losing the weight. Don’t be fooled they can be the source of weight-gain or even make you addicted so that you will buy more. Stop playing games with your health. Plan to eat better at home that way you can control what go’s into your food. I sagest going organic. And don’t do more than you can handle. Say no sometimes. Do something fun and relaxing.
