Vegetables for Breakfast?

I once had a conversation with two women about general health issues and both ladies were stunned when I suggested that they eat a raw vegetable salad for breakfast. The older lady had sever heart and thyroid problems and had done many surgeries and though obese, reflected that she did not eat much but had vegetables a couple of times per week and thought that this was probably good enough. The other lady was a young adult who had already done one surgery for fibroids but was not overweight. Could eating more positive foods prevent the fibroids?

How little you eat of the negative foods is not as important at this stage as the fact that the food is a negative food. If for all your life you have been eating 80% of what I consider negative food and you try and reverse it now by consuming only a small amount of that same negative food it will not work. Your body is not only being malnourished but also being starved as well.

What & How Much to Eat

In order to reverse this obese, unhealthy condition, she must do the opposite of what she is presently doing and eat 80% to 90% of the positive foods perhaps 80% to 90% of the time or almost every time she eats, in order to change her body. How long will the process take? Well, how long did it take to get unhealthy? Was it 5 years? 10 years? as far back as you can remember? Or all your life? Do not lose hope, your body is extremely resilient and if it gets a fighting chance, it will fight for you and defend you. Hopefully it won”t take as long as all of those years to regain your bountiful health.

In fact, in about 7-10 days, by eating positive fruits and vegetables for most if not all of your meals, you will see incredible and quick results. You may be surprised by an increased level of energy as your metabolism does not need tricks and gadgets to function properly, just food and lots of the right kinds of food. Consuming too much of the negative foods and very little or none of the positive foods which are by the way, what our bodies really love and prefer, have destroyed the delicate balance of our organs’ ability to filter out waste, toxins and parasites .
