Chamomile Plants are small and beautifully fragrant. It can live on the road on a slope or in the field. Its healing effects are elusive. Chamomile flowers grow from May to September and they are 20-30 cm tall. a Chamomile flower, smell like a typical soothing scent.

Flowers should ideally pick third to fifth day after flowering, drying is advisable to dry, airy, dark place.
Miraculous power of Chamomile plants stops inflammation of the gums and nail beds. It helps against stomach and intestinal cramps and menstrual pain. It relieves irritation and break in the skin. In the case of digestive problems, it prevents flatulence and diarrhea.
In case of cold or sinusitis pour a handful of dried flowers in boiling water and inhale steam, this medicine can work wonders.
Chamomile tea on an empty stomach reliably prevents abdominal pain. Unpleasant colds go away with regularly administered hot chamomile tea. Take a tablespoon of dried flowers and pour into the hot water and leave to infuse for 10 minutes and enjoy the hottest drink.
Chamomile is a great remedy for skin diseases; you can use it as a natural bath. Pour 500 to 1000 grams of dried flowers in boiling water and leave to infuse for about 15 minutes, and then pour it into the bath tub. Chamomile bath also helps the pain in joints.

A very informative piece. I have drunk camomile tea all my life as my mother used to give it to me as a child for stomach ache and now I use it to calm me down before sleep.
