  1. Reduce your overall stress.
  2. Eat mostly whole foods, including lots of veggies, fruits and whole grains.
  3. Drink plenty of water.
  4. Get a good night’s sleep minimum 7-8 hours.
  5. Go for a walk daily for 30-40 minutes.
  6. Avoid junk food and alcohol.
  7. Also make a routine for your exercise or yoga or meditation.
  8. Always Drink purified water, avoid drinking tap water.
  9. Be excited when you wake up each morning.
  10. Always Love and laugh and have fun.
  11. Eat a large breakfast and small dinner.
  12. Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium so it’s important to take as a supplement.
