- Reduce your overall stress.
- Eat mostly whole foods, including lots of veggies, fruits and whole grains.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Get a good night’s sleep minimum 7-8 hours.
- Go for a walk daily for 30-40 minutes.
- Avoid junk food and alcohol.
- Also make a routine for your exercise or yoga or meditation.
- Always Drink purified water, avoid drinking tap water.
- Be excited when you wake up each morning.
- Always Love and laugh and have fun.
- Eat a large breakfast and small dinner.
- Vitamin D helps your body absorb calcium so it’s important to take as a supplement.
