How to be Plus Size and Sexy
An Ample body, can be beautiful and sexy. The plus size woman can feel confident and good about her body by loving her assets and showing them off.

The media’s portrayal of the perfect body for a woman is not necessarily the accepted norm by all men and women. You may be surprised to find that in many countries around the world, plus size is preferred over what is considered, the “perfect size” in North America. Here are some tips to love your plus size body and show it off.
Change Your Thinking About Plus Size

You need to operate under the assertion that full figured women are attractive to the opposite sex and attractive, period. If you look around, you will see women who do not fall into the “perfect body shape” category, who live fulfilling lives like anyone else. They have boyfriends, get married, raise a families and are successful executives, entreprenuers, professionals and models.
An Ample Body Is Beautiful
You often hear the statement made that there is “more of you to love”. Well there is a reason for that. A full figured body protrays beauty in the sense of natural beauty. You only have to look at the attention that Pamela Anderson’s and Jennifer Lopez’s bodies attract. If thin is really in, why are so many thin women having breast enhancement surgery? Could it be that they are trying to please everyone? Society tells them thin is beautiful while in reality, men do crave a fuller sized woman.
Flaunt It
Some women are of the mistaken belief that they can’t look sexy if they are full figured. This is what the media would like you to believe, but you know better. Throw out the over sized, unattractive clothes you have been wearing to cover up yourself. It is time to flaunt your assets – assets that some women pay a lot of money for. Dress sexy, show off your curves, and be proud of your assets. Just bear in mind that there is a difference between sexy and classy, and sexy and not so classy.
Wear Bright Colors
You might have been conditioned to wear black, believing that it is slimming, and that it hides your body’s flaws. My question is, why would you want to hide your body? You can wear whatever you want, including white. Try bright pinks, yellows and blues and you will be surprised at the results. Spend some time in the department store trying on different colors clothing and styles, and choose those that are complimentary to your body type.
Be Confident
Love your body. Parade naked in the privacy of your bedroom and admire yourself in the mirror daily. If you believe that an ample body is not beautiful, it may take some time to change your thinking, but you need to start now. How you carry yourself, what you wear, how you speak and how you think about yourself, all contribute to how sexy you feel and look.
Pump It Up
Staying fit and having a well toned body is essential to looking and feeling good. Discover weight training, yoga, pilates, and soon you will develop your strength and muscle tone. Being full figured does not mean you can’t be fit. Regular exercise and strength training will ensure you are healthy, happy and even more sexy.
As a full figured woman, you are beautiful and sexy. Flaunting your assets, instead of hiding them, will allow others to see you as the vibrant and attractive woman you really are.

I would like to know why it has to be “plus size” stores, clothing, magazines… why can’t Walmart, Target, Kohl’s actually carry clothing “we” can wear……………?????????????? If we are so “popular’ then why can’t I find clothes in the department store I buy groceries and clothes be together?? You can find mens clothes in those stores.. and not just slender men, but full figured men,…. wow, still a mans world?????????????????

Unfortunately, we are not that popular yet. It will take education and hopefully more concerned people like yourself making it known to stores that things have to change that you won’t support a store that does not carry sizes to fit everyone. Call it what you may, plus size, full figure, curves. As far as I am concerned those are labels to be proud of and hopefully stores will understand that sooner than later
