Okay PMS the most horrible thing it’s all to do with diet that right diet there are many foods that will ease and eventually stop PMS.
Walnuts walnut ease PMS eating enough of these will help but if you’re like me and don’t like nut I recommend making chocolate dip muffins with a lot of ground up walnut in it you won’t notice to taste of them and will be able to enjoy lovely Chocó muffins
Brazil nuts great for shiny hair nails and PMS again if you don’t like them add them to a muffin mixture.
Milk believe it or not drinks lots of milk. And yogurts
Green tea
Don’t skip meals
Eat fruit and veg
Yoga can also ease the symptom specially depression as yoga is relaxing and healthy for you
Mainly stay away from bad food like junk food fizzy drinks coffee, basically fatty foods.
And for bad period pain take pain killer … Duh but also it will ease if you put a warm comforter like a microwaveable teddy (it a special teddy you can put in the microwave and the crystals heat up you can find them in pharmacies though they don’t stay hot very long so I recommend a hot water bottle) or a hot water bottle over your womb area I fond that helps a load.
Don’t have a water bottle grab a normal bottle fill it with hot water hot enough not to melt the bottle, wrap it in a towel above place on hurting area. That’s what I used to do.
