We Chinese have a way to reduce bulging tummy after delivery. It is a traditional method. The idea is fairly simple.
Only one simple step is needed.
Take a long cloth and wrap around your tummy and tie it with 3 strings at least so that it is sturdier. That’s it.
Any cloth will do as long as it is long and are able to wrap around your waist.
Usually we start to do this right after delivery. You can put it on as long as you want. It can be itchy at times so hang on. You can even wear it when you’re out and about.
Of course other factors takes into account for a bulging tummy such as the food you consume. So be wise.
