Keeping your body well hydrated is important part of exercising. Hydration helps in maintaining and regulating the body temperature. Pregnant women should consume a lot of water before, during and after an exercise.

However, if you experience exhaustion or abdominal pain during your exercise regimen, stop doing it immediately. Take time to relax and rest. If the pain persists, visit your doctor for advice.
