The Big Boob Theory!
If most of us had lived in the vintage age we would have been worshiped by our fellow man, with rounded tummies and even rounder thighs.
With growing concern over the amount of teenage girls having breast enlargement surgery, I ask who is to blame? Are they even aware that they will more than likely have to have the ‘job’ re-done in there 20’s or 30’s. Are they told they may not be able to breast-feed if they have children?
Are the media, teen magazines, men’s magazines, and television programs to blame? As we grow into teenagers we all have doubts about our self-image but why now has the trend of going under the knife got so big?
Breast implants at one time were offered to women that had no choice; they had breast cancer and lost their breasts through no fault of their own.
To herself, a woman’s breasts speak volumes about her. If she is happy with the size and shape then she is likely to be more confident but as very few of us are not happy with our bodies full stop because we don’t fit into today’s trend. Should we all be under the knife?
If most of us had been around in the vintage age we would have been rounded goddesses, worshiped by our fellow man, with rounded tummies and thighs and breasts of all sizes. I wonder if any of them complained or was it because they knew no difference and just accepted who they were.
It’s almost getting to the stage that we have to look a certain way to be acceptable as women. Barbie doll springs to mind. What ever happened to individuality?
Now days it seems we are not happy with our bodies unless we have the perfect body, but what is that? Surly it’s more important to have a fit, healthy body than one that’s got great breasts but the rest of the body is suffering from under eating and spinal stress.

Now I am not saying this is the case of all women/girls who have breast enlargements, I do know of quite a few women who once they had had their children decided it was time to get the spring back in their breasts. But what will happen when the rest of their body starts to age? Will they feel the need to chop off, lift up, and flatten down all over? They are going to need some extra cash for that or else marry a plastic surgeon.
There are some brilliant products you can by to put in your bra, they are made of squashy silicon and do feel natural and comfortable against your skin. They are called ‘chicken fillets’ funnily but don’t let that put you off. Some times you just need that extra stuffing to fill out a top or dress and some swimsuits even have these fillets sewn into the breast cup.
All breasts are beautiful and they all can do their intended job, whether big or small. They can all suckle an infant, who as long as he’s getting milk doesn’t give a damn what they look like.

Before I met my wife in person she was very ashamed of having small boobs, but I personally do not like large ones. Now she is comfortable with how she looks. 100% natural. Women who get implants often look hidous and when old will look fake. Even padding I dont like and my wife agrees that if women all decided to quit trying to look massive then those smaller breasted woman wouldnt feel like they had to compete.

Extremely good thoughts on the boobs.Wow, with size like that you could have a built- in bag or baggage compartment inside. Perhaps women having implants that big have the insecurity of not seeing their butt so they make their boobs big to give them the impression that they very well see their butt in front (or is it?). Just kidding.

I must admit that I do prefer a ‘larger pair’, but thats just my personal opinion. You go girl with the fillets, we won’t tell a soul!!!

Great job in broaching a rather “touchy” subject. To each his (or her) own liking, but artwork depicting ancient beauties do not show them as the perfect “10″…sorry don’t think there is such a thing. Fashion statements are very fickle and contradictory…runway fashion models are shown as walking toothpicks while magazine/internet models need to be voluptuous…so breast size tends to differ depending on the intended audience. I know of women who have opted for reduction surgery because of back and shoulder problems trying to support the weight of over-size mammories. The size of the jugs isn’t what counts it is how they are cared for and displayed…it is all in the marketing…better to have healthy breasts than inherited or self-induced problems. Great article…thanks.

hahaha… I will lostash! Although this article was not about natural big boobs but about the dangers of teenagers having breast implants before their bodies have stopped their natural growth and the implications that go with such an opp.

Maybe I’ve been lucky but I’ve never met a pair of natural breasts, I guess they were all natural, that I didn’t like.

for young women it is hard to look on tv, magazines, movies, and now video games with women that are more “filled out”. The natural opinion of such would be to emulate the people on the screen, since being on the screen (or magazines for that matter) would subconsciously equal success in a young persons mind. So in the young mind, being bombarded with such images, to be succesful would almost mean having a larger breast size, to some extent. Then that feeling would only be reinforced by seeing women that do have a larger breast size get more attention. Most of this would happen subconsciously though and seep through when the opportunity to get a larger cup size presents itself.
Awesome READ!!

you are right LilRoast Beef but that is not going to happen, they are never going to take them off our screens because they make to much money! but again its not the breasts I am worrying about it is the fact that girls as young as 16 are opting for surgery to change their already perfect bodies. WHY?

In my opinion breast size shouldn’t be an issue. Women with small breast are just as beautiful as those with large breasts. I think it’s silly to go under the knife for something so unimportant.

i just wanted to add that this surgery causes loss of sensation in the breast, besides not being to nurse a baby. That is a big loss to a woman. it seems to me there is more loss than gain.

Great article and points you make here. The problem with a lot of younger girls getting boob work done is peer pressure. Also, they worry too much about what a certain guy likes and they feel that if they don’t get bigger boobs the other person won’t like them the way they are. Bottom line, girls need to improve on their self-esteem. Yes, I do agree that rounder boobs and around the 34C gets more attention than an A cup. But there are ways to enhance your breasts without the surgery. young girls especially need to learn how to love themselves more and be happy with what nature gave them. You also have to take into consideration the body type. A petite figure with large breasts wouldn’t look as sexy as one with normal sized breasts. Also, women with smaller breasts have an advantage over those with larger breasts: the smaller ones don’t droop.
good one

In my opinion, most men aren’t as into breasts as women think. Sure, they draw the eye, but given a choice guys would much rather see a pair of toned legs and a sexy butt.
I can’t understand why anyone would seriously want implants. There are so many problems which stem from them, and more often than not, they don’t fool anyone. From a looks perspective, they’re the female equivalent of bald men who wear wigs.
In 500 years people will look at implants in the same way that we view the lead-based makeup that they used in the 1500’s.

Self esteem is the biggest issue. Men are to blame for some of this. I say love yourself for what you are. God made your beautiful. You have value just the way you are. Keep up the great articles!!!!
