Treating Menopause
There are many plants that may be helpful in treating the condition.
I have been asked on several occasions if I could put pen to paper and come up with some plant medicine that would be helpful with women going through menopause. After much consideration and many long hours of research, I was able to find several plants that may prove very helpful in relieving the systems that come with the menopause.
Like always, I feel that one would be wise to check with their family doctor before starting any new regiment of treatments.
First I needed to address and assess some of the many systems that often accompany menopause.

Note : Not all women will have all these symptoms, others may sometimes have very few and some lucky ones may experience none at all.
When a woman goes through Menopause, they quite often experience Chemical Imbalances that will cause or contribute to the symptoms most mentioned above.
It is my hope that the plants on the pages to follow, will in someway help to improve those going through this difficult time in their lives.
