Fortunately I have never suffered with this problem, but its still very useful to know. I had heard about using yoghurt, but never garlic! I have a lot of garlic in my diet so perhaps this is why I don’t have the problem (or it could be that I reek of garlic and the bacteria stays away!)

good article.. to commenter above yeast infection i believe is like a fungus or bacteria similar to athlete’s foot.. both men and women can get it although in men it is tended to be called jock itch.. that’s my understanding
