Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) and Some Quick Remedies

Most women are affected by this UTI very often. Here are few quick remedies to help you.

Urinary Tract Infection is caused by a kind of bacteria, which if not treated at the earlier stage can lead to serious health issues. It may affect your bladder, kidney, and can turn into cystitis, if ignored in earlier stage. But if treated earlier, there is nothing to worry about UTI.

The common symptoms of UTI are :

1. The urge feeling to pass urine very frequently, though you would find it difficult to pass.

2. Burning sensation while passing urine.

Few easy and quick remedies for overcoming the UTI.

1. Drink plenty of water, every now and then, as it helps to wash out the toxic substances from body.

2. Drink plain liquids, tender coconut water, more than concentrated and artificial juices.

3. Cranberry juice can be a real good and quick remedy for UTI problem.

4. Take fruits rich in Vitamin C, like orange.

5. Apply coconut / olive oil in your forehead (centre), finger nails, toes, naval (belly button) and in bladder area.

Things to avoid, which can aggregate the infection.

1. Using unclean public toilets.

2. Unhygienic practices.

3. Not taking enough fluids that your body requires.

4. Wearing tight dresses.

Last but not least, go to your physician immediately, if the symptoms exist for more than two days.

  3. Informative. One more thing – do not postpone going to the toilet when you feel the urge to urinate. Full bladder weakens the muscles and if done often can lead to infections.
