The Only Time It’s Okay to Gain Weight

You have to have a comfortable weight that you like to maintain. When you go below that, it means something is wrong and this when it is right to gain it back.

Before I go to exercise, I just want to say some more stuff. Stuff that’s been on my mind recently.

I am gaining weight. And I like it. Wait? Like it? Yes, I do. This is because I have not been at my ideal weight for some time now. I think it was the stressful environment I was in that was to blame.

As soon as I moved to this new place, I felt relieved. And I literally felt the stress going away. So I’m getting back to normal weight. The only time it is right to gain weight is when you are getting back to your normal weight.
