Do You Want to be a Winner?

Let’s face it- everyone wants to be a winner.  But not everyone is one.  If you don’t have a weight loss goal you will likely continue to drift.  You may even get fatter.

What Will Losing Weight Achieve for You?

Will losing weight mean better health?  It almost certainly will.  Perhaps it will also mean a better personal life with friends and romance.  It will mean a feeling of success.

Set Your Goals and Live by Them.

You must set a firm weight loss goal.  You will have to have daily and weekly targets toward this major goal.  Think about another time in life when you achieved a dream or goal.  With the memory of this success in mind, know that you can succeed in weight loss too.

Help Others Along the Way.

When you have achieved your weight loss, help others.  So many people are struggling today with feelings of low self worth and isolation.  Will you be one of the people who helps?  Don’t forget where you came from.

Decide today- are you a winner in weight loss or not?  Focus on the feelings of achievement.  Set reasonable goals and do them every day.  When you have succeeded, remember to help others who may be struggling as well.
