Based on a study, one in ten women develops breast cancer. Unhealthy lifestyles and fast food cause a lot of people susceptible to disease including breast cancer. Breast cancer is not easy to attack if you have a healthy lifestyle, and eat foods that contain antioxidants to prevent attacks of breast cancer.

Some foods that can prevent breast cancer attacks are:
1. Broccoli.
Based on research in broccoli contains sulforaphane which is useful for preventing breast cancer.
2. Carrots.
Eat carrot every day can prevent breast cancer attacks as much as 17%, because the carotene contained in carrots is useful to reduce the risk of developing cancer.
3. Black berry.
In black berry contains anthocyanins that are useful to slow the forming of cancer cells and helps the formation of new blood vessels.
4. Lychee.
In lychee contain flavonoids useful to prevent cancer, but lychee also contains vitamin C are useful to protect the body’s tissues.
5. Tomatoes.
Tomatoes contain lycopene, which helps to protect the body against breast cancer, cervical cancer, heart disease, and make the ageless.
6. Orange.
Oranges contain vitamin C are useful to enhance the body’s immune system.
7. Turmeric.
Based on the research, turmeric is useful to prevent cancer spread to the lungs.

Pomegranate juice can destroy breast cancer cells and leave healthy cells.
13. Green tea.
Green tea may prevent breast cancer attacks, and prevent the spread of cancer cells in a woman who has been stricken with cancer.
