I sometimes get torrents of thoughts just flood my mind when things are highly uncertain.
Sometimes I get a lot of thoughts going on in my mind that it starts to feel like a storm is there. It’s like I can’t stop thinking about stuff when I am like that. It just won’t stop. I get detached from my surroundings a lot too when it happens.
That’s when I have to be somewhere where I can get some sleep so that I can at least quiet my mind. That’s the only way I have seen to work for me. Sleeping it off. It works wonders.
There are lots of times that I get like this but mostly when I am waiting for something or when I am anxious. You have to find your own way that works I suppose.
