Watching Over Your Own Thoughts

Studying the way you think can reveal many things about who you are and help you to solve your own problems.

Studying our own thoughts offers great opportunity to understand our own actions. When you really sit down and start thinking about what you are thinking about and why, then you will be able to correct yourself where needed.

I often find myself getting lost in thought a lot, trying to understand why I think the way I think. With the world and everything else around me blocked out, I focus on what I think about. I do this until I get a better understanding about the way I think.

This helps when you are trying to change your behavior, to avoid certain unwanted outcomes.
