What Lack of Adequate Sleep Does to You

Sleep is just as important as eating when it comes to getting our body working well.

The benefits of sleep are often ignored when your life is so busy that you don’t get enough sleep. I have done a bit of research on this and discovered that lack of sleep can actually slow you down. Physically and mentally.

It can decrease your brain power and weaken your body and its immune system. Those are serious consequences.

I probably wouldn’t last that long without sleeping and I like my sleep, so that is not something I plan on missing. That’s why we sleep and that’s why animals sleep too. It’s natural and there’s nothing we can do about it.
